Anyone know a Hybrid PSU where to fan only turns on under load? (around $75) thanks!

Most new model's of psu has a o fan until load thing, not always great for the psu itself as other pcb components need air flow to but, hey im not a electricial engineer. Psu is normally one of the more quiet things in a case, gpu fans can make more noise aswell as cpu fans.

Gs is a great psu. Has low ripple.
