Win10 upgrade question

Hi guys,

I have a win8 CD. So here's the problem: when I will reinstall everything in let's say two years, the upgrade won't be free... Will I get it free anyway because of some reason I can't figure out? (I'm installing it on my current PC)

You will get the product key with the Windows 10 upgrade. So you will be able to download the recovery media and reinstall windows 10

As far as I know it's only free up to 365 days after release.

Then you have to pay full price for it.
