Upgrade Gaming Pc

Hello guys.. Recently i learned that a new need for speed game is comming.. i have an slightly old pc (from 2007-2008).. But i want to play it, in good graphics and screen capture at the same time.. 

PC Specs: Motherboard : Gigabyte EP31-DS3L

                 Graphics Card : XFX GTX 285

                 CPU : Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550

                 RAM : (2x) Kingston Hyper X Blu 2GB DDR2

                 Power Supply : 850 Watt

Do i have to upgrade only the GPU or something more ? What GPU do you recommed guys (that would fit my motherboard) ? Budget.. ummm around 200 euros max, the less the better

You would have to upgrade cpu, motherboard, ram and gpu.

 

No point in upgrading unless you get a bigger budget, sry.

 

Prosessor: Intel Core i5 4690K 3,5GHz Socket 1150 Box

Motherboard: Fatal1ty Z97 Killer

Ram: 8GB of whatever DDR3 with 1600Mhz+

GPU: Galax GeForce GTX 970 OC HDMI DP 2xDVI 4GB

 

About 800 Euros.
