pccasegear?

So guys, I am thinking about buying Sapphire Radeon R9 280x Vapor-X Tri-X from pccasegear.com. Can anyone here who has bought something from the tell me that whether or not they can be trusted in buying hardware. Because it is an Australian site and I will use the card in Turkey, so I won't have a chance, or I will need to pay a lot, to send it back if they send me defective card. Have you stumbled apon an occasion where they sent a defective card? Also, are the prices on their site in Australian Dollars, or American Dollars, because 299 AUD seems very very cheap for this card. That is the reason why I am considering to buy a card from halfway across the world. Any comment is appreciated.

You in Australia? If not, they won't ship to you. Almost all Australian PC stores won't either. Warranty for the product will also be valid within Australia.

Source: I work for their competition and know quite a few staff there including their warranty team

Ive bought 90% of my hardware from them. AFAIK they are the best online retailers in Australia. Shipping is a pain though. Orders usually get shipped fast. Takes 3 days to arrive to my location with express shipping (I.E.bought item around 10am-4pm. Item will get processed and shipped the next day. then gets two days to arrive.) They are also a bit more pricey though if you add parcel protection.

I should have read more. They only ship to Australia sorry.

Why are you looking at an Australian store when you are most likely not living in Australia.

I have dealt with PCCG many times. Once of the best Australian retailers and very trusted. Probably the biggest and best online retailer in Australia.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Tax)

PCCG is about as trusted as you can get in Aus.

I've dealt with them before, they're really good.

Unfortunately, this is in their FAQ

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time we only ship in Australia

Unless you're taking a vacation in Australia, you have no hope buying it from here. If you are and will buy it here, I would suggest just buy it somewhere you can get warranty in, even if the store is good, bad luck can still get you.

Guys my father's friend is coming from Australia so they will bring it. I was just asking if anyone got a defective card in any way, apparently not it seems.

Why are you looking at an Australian store when you are most likely not living in Australia.

Because it is cheaper than anything I could ever find in Turkey. The same card costs more than 450 AUD in Turkey.
