I got my new machine built and my desk arranged for the setup and below are the results along with the parts.

Looks gooood! I love Silverstone's fans but not really the kinda flipped motherboard configuration

I don't know why I like the flipped motherboard so much but nice!

Thanks everyone! I have always been curious about the rotated motherboard setup and I think this case did really well with it. I went with the Cooler Master V Series PSU because it has the flat cables that fit well (but still tight) behind the motherboard tray. I did have to run three separate sata power cables though because the drives are so far from the power supply I couldn't use one three plug connector.
