im really interested to know what you guys think would be an ok around 400$ laptop netbook or not i dont really care :D just something worth it. links will be amazing as well :D

if you don't really care about specs and you only use it for word processing etc. i just bought this for my parents http://www.amazon.com/HP-Stream-Includes-Personal-Horizon/dp/B00O65HZKSruns surprisingly well and battery life i s awesome!

well no i dont care for retailers but i care for specs .-. something with a gpu if you know if not its ok but amazon is fine newegg anything basicly as ling as its worth it for around 400$ but specs do matter sorry :D

Well, the HP stream 7 is for 65 dollars on amazon, it's a tablet running FULL windows 8.1.

Something with a decent GPU eh? Look for something with an AMD APU if you can.  Those will fare better on the graphics side than an intel processor.  But if you want a faster CPU, you'll have to go with Intel.

mostly light gaming stuff like csgo and i like those a lot and if you have any other ideas ill like maybe :D the apu is an amazing idea when you cant actually fit a cpu for 400$

Yeah AMD APU's are fantastic when you're on a low budget

Yeah no problem. I would also look up sales/deals on laptops with similar processors to get the most out of your money. That HP I linked is already pretty good tho.
