White and/or Red and LED Radiator Fans

I'm building a White and Red build, so I need fans that fits into that theme (white/red where visable, red led where only led shows). They should need to be silent (upto 30dB?).

 

So far so does only BitFenix Spectre LED PWM and BitFenix Spectre PWM / PRO PWM, fit that bill, as they seems to be the most powerfull fans that fit the theme.

I'm planning on using HardwareLabs Black Ice Nemesis 560GTX and the 420mm version (after painting them white), but will it even work?
