Graphics Card Solution for 6 Monitors

Hello,

 

I´m looking for a Graphics Card Solution for running up to 6 1080p Monitors.

The setup would be either 1x triple surround + 3x individual monitors or 2x triple surround setups.

The setup should deliver a good price/performance ratio.

I thought of 2x 970 SLI or a single 980 with a TripleHead2go?

 

I guess any Z97 motherboard will be fine?

 

As the computer will mainly be used to run Microsoft FSX, AMD isn´t an option for CPU or GPU, so please limit to nVidia + Intel solutions.

I´m helping a friend, so I´ll ask him for the budget and tell you as soon as I know.

 

Use: as statet, mainly Microsoft FSX.

Location: Germany

1x 980 will only support 4 monitors, so you will need 2 cards.

I run 5 screens, 3 (surround) on a GTX 970 and 2 on a GTX 660ti.

 

I play in surround on most games and still get high settings with 60FPS with the 970, the 660ti is only there for the other 2 monitors, but is also set as dedicated PhysX.
