Which one for a basic productivity/light gaming?

ybriK

Both have the same price but which one is more reliable and what's the highest single GPU can it support without any overlocking for the CPU and GPU if the user decides to upgrade in the future?

Silverstone Strider Essential ST50F-ES230

Corsair VS450

Anything (exaggeration :P ) > Corsair VS

They are worse than CX, and that's pretty hard for the price

i5 4670k - Z87X-UD3H - EVGA GTX 670 Sig 2 - Samsung 840 Evo 250GB - 8GB Avexir Core White 1600Mhz - Corsair 750D w/ RGB LED Mod & Remote Control - 2x SP120 - 3x Enermax Cluster - 2TB Seagate SSHD - Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 - SuperFlower Leadex Gold 750W

The Strider is better than the VS, the VS is one of corsair's lowest tier PSUs. A good 500w PSU should support all the GPUs on the market right now (except the 290x and Titan X)
