So basically this all began about 3 days ago when the LTT Desktop Notifier kept asking me if i meant to sign out of LTT Forums. I just thought they were switching servers so i thought nothing of it. The next thing i know i actually come on the site, which is up, im signed out. So i sign back in.

This is where it gets weird.

So i went on to 'View New content'

I could literally only see 4 new posts. 4.

So i refreshed. Now i got 6.

I'd also noticed i got signed out again.

So the last couple of days i thought, "Oh its just a bug, someone has to have reported it"

I literally just Google searched the issue for the forum: "site:linustechtips.com Forum Issue" and nothing apart from other applications came up.

So i reset my Chrome.

Now it has kept me signed in for about 10 minutes now. Fingers crossed i stay signed in.

However i'm not sure why the 'View New Content' section is still scarse for me. There's only 1 page visible with no option to change page. Sometimes i get 4 new posts, other times i get about 20.

I'm confused why this is happening and i'm not sure whats causing it. It shouldnt be any extensions i have on Chrome as i havent installed any new ones or updates in the past month and everything has been fine up till about 3-4 days ago.

ANYONE, got any suggestions or know whats actually wrong here?.....

Had my PC built for about a month so never got round to installing other Browsers. However the Desktop notifier doesnt run through a browser as far as im aware. That issue cleared up when clearing my Chrome cookies. I'll try another browser tomorrow. Heading to bed now, thanks for your help!

So yeah. Like i said i think it was jus Chrome flushing LTT to its cache or something. I ended up with 3 last night and im now on 22. So im guessing the Forum code has either changed abit or i've never noticed it before. chrome must of just stopped saving the cache or something for it to stop working. I don't know.
