Can't delete Windows.old folder

So, I set up Windows 10 TP x64 set up to be in the fast ring for updates (if that matters), and there's a Windows.old folder that I want to delete, but I can't. It says I need permission from SYSTEM in order to delete it. So, since my brain is fried from lack of sleep and being sick, I was hoping that you guys would be able to help me delete this sucker. :)

    2. In the Disk Cleanup dialog box, on the Disk Cleanup tab, click Clean up system files. ...
    3. Select the Previous Windows installation(s) check box, and any other check boxes for the files you want to delete, and then click OK.

You could boot into linux off a usb drive or something and do it from there :P

Delete it using disk cleanup, not manually.
