I overclocked my i7 970 to 3.8Ghz(200x19) and ever since I have been getting GPU TDR errors. I stability tested my CPU in OCCT for 2 hours and it passed and I can play BF4 forever and never encounter a error, it mainly happens when browsing YouTube. The GPU is stock how it originally came and never gave me any problem till I overclocked my CPU so I am fairly certain it's the CPU causing it. I have tried bumping both the QPI and Vcore two steps above what I found was stable and found no luck so I am kind of unsure where to go with getting stability back. Currently I have bumped the voltage on my RAM one step above its rated 1.5v to 1.51v thinking maybe the 200blck was stressing it and I lowered my CPU PLL to 1.55v because I read people have found stability lowering it and I haven't found it to do anything from 1.55v to 1.88v so I lowered it for temps really. Does anyone have any advice? My motherboard is the MSI Big Bang Xpower and I have tried finding other people who have overclocked with it but there isn't much on it. I really would like to know the root cause of the TDR and what setting is actually causing it so I know exactly what to tweak if possible.

Edit: All CPU power saving features are off.
