Its that lovely time where funds are almost there and I can buy a new rig (Well most of it)

This is for 60% Gaming, 35% Game designing and 5% School work (Have a tablet for school work :P)

Okay, what I have already:

Corsair TX750

Generic 4Gb DDR3 (2gb x2)

Gigabyte GTX 550Ti

Samsung SyncMaster 933BW (1440x900)

Planning to get:

Corsair 650D or something else if I can find something I like.

Intel 3570K

MSI Z77A-G45

Corsair Vengeance 16Gb 1600Mhz (8Gb x2)

OCZ Vector 128Gb

Western Digital 2Tb Green

700 series Nvidia card when they release and drop in price

H100i with fans once I choose some.

What I can afford for now is the CPU and Motherboard. I will have to use the generic ram for now.

The RAM and Case will be the second upgrade, then SSD and HDD.

Yes I will be using the stock cooler till I start overclocking after everything has been bought.

Tell me what you would change etc etc etc

As Linus said, I would be wary of buying parts over time - technology moves so fast with new product releases.

Just looking at that, my only point would be your HDD's - Green's are environmentally friendly drives that run slightly slower so it's up to you if you want a slow low power drive or not.

green drives make absolutely no noticeable power difference in the standard desktop! better off getting the 2tb barracuda for more performance.

greens drives are so silly.

PS: only have one because it was given to me

They actually do. You won't notice the difference on a small scale as you said but globally have saved somewhere around 466 million kwh or the equivalent output of a single coal fired powerplant for one year. http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=780
