Standing at your desk - need suggestions

I have a nice desk, but I want a computer support system that can go up and down, so I can either sit at my desk or stand.  Any suggestions?  Needs the following properties:

 

- Relatively easy to adjust up and down

- Sit on top of a large corner desk

- Support dual displays

- Include a keyboard and mouse rest

- Available in Canada

 

Don't care about price too much, but should be under $500 CAD.

I've been thinking of transforming into a standing desk, but I'd just raise the entire thing and then sit on something higher up when I want to sit.

 

There are some mechanisms that will raise and lower the thing like you're thinking about. Trying to find one.
