@ 3.40GHz is part of the CPU nomenclature. You can see it in CPU-Z in the specs area too.

Use CPU-Z to read your current frequency.

Just to show you it's normal, here's a screenshot of the system information section and CPU-Z. CPU is at 4.4GHz
