i have 2 options on building a pc. a mini-ITX build or a normal ATX build But ill talk about that later

Im a local music artist and i love making beats as much as i love gaming and im very interested in building my own rig for gaming, photo-editting, and Music Production

but ive been reading on about CPUs lately and ive seen on some forums that certain CPUs (AMD and Intel) functions good for certain apps and the other CPUs for other certain apps ( if thats makes any sence )

heres where the builds come in..

i want a rig that is small and portable and as powerful as a normal ATX build (Mini-ITX) but the problem is, theres only motherboards that have intel based CPU sockets and i wanted to buy the AMD-FX 6300 CPU.

then i just made up my mind on the normal ATX build WITH the AMD CPU but the build is also gonna run me about $800+ and i want to save some money with a ITX build but again the problem rises....

Which CPU is better that will suit my needs. i want to game at full 1080p 60 fps no lags, edit some photos on photoshop with nothing being slow, surf the web smoothly and produce music with no interruptions at all like CPU Loads at 90% 80% and latency issues but also save some cash

Please Reply back :) thanks

This is an insanely powerful, high end gaming/workstation system for under $800.  Even after you buy Windows, if you don't already have it, you will still be right around that ~$800 price point.

No matter what, I think you should purchase that R9 290 + 8GB RAM package immediately, because that is too good of a deal to pass up.
