Hi, as the title says I need some help with a new build. This will be my first build and I want it to be everything I hope it to be and possibly more but need some help picking parts. The pc will be for gaming, my budget is decent so it should give some good room to play with. 2,000 USD. I don't really want to go any higher than that and if it's cheaper then that's great!

No need for a mouse/keyboard or headset. Also if you can show me some nice monitors it would be greatly appreciated. I just want a big one, lol. 27" would be nice. The monitors aren't really part of the budget but I don't want to spend much more then 500 USD for one and I mainly play MMO's and such. Not sure if that's a huge factor or not.

Thanks in advance for all the help, looking forward to see what you guys have to say! :D

I hear people saying that you can put a 780 into a system for 2,000 but then you do skimp on some other parts. it might be do-able if you consider looking at going z77 rather than z87

Also I find that you can see individual pixels when you go for a 27" 1080p screen, but getting a 2560x1440 is still pretty expensive right now

I am good at computer

Spoiler

Motherboard: Gigabyte G1 sniper 3 | CPU: Intel 3770k @5.1Ghz | RAM: 32Gb G.Skill Ripjaws X @1600Mhz | Graphics card: EVGA 980 Ti SC | HDD: Seagate barracuda 3298534883327.74B + Samsung OEM 5400rpm drive + Seatgate barracude 2TB | PSU: Cougar CMX 1200w | CPU cooler: Custom loop

For the monitor, this is great with a great price http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236294R

I just put this build together, might not be perfect so anybody who thinks some parts should be changed, please feel free to say so http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1iDwR

You don't even need to skimp.

I guess I place too high a value on other components... I mean, I have to have i7 and I have 32gb of RAM
