Compatibility Question

So I wanted to upgrade the fans on my CPU cooler, I have a Cooler Master hyper T4, and I was looking at getting the Corsair Air Series SP120, and I wanted to double check that these would be compatible before I bought them.  Thanks in advance

The reason why I want a different fan on it is that the fins work fine my system is at stock speeds and I don't really play games, but the fan rattles almost constantly, and there is not much space in my case for anything bigger.  Also it has only gotten over 60 degrees Celsius when it was encoding 2 hrs of audio in a pretty warm room.

Those good for static pressure? Because I was also going to get some of those just for my case

yes they are great in everything but the looks department also make sure you get real ones
