This is a second budget PC I'll be building and would like a little input. The intent is primarily as a workstation with some moderate gaming but nothing earth shattering. I'd also like suggestions for Peripherals; monitor, mouse and keyboard specifically, that aren't too expensive but get the job done well. Thanks!

I agree, drop that ssd for now and get an i5. You can always add an ssd later on.

Personally I don't think an ssd is worth it, scrap that and get an i5 (best you can get).

THIS.  Also that SSD is total crap, don't buy it.

As for peripherals, pretty much the cheapest 1080p IPS display you can find (Look at LG 22MP55HQ-P , that is what I am using). The keyboard? If you want wireless, Logitech K360 all the way. As for mouse, depending on how much gaming you will be doing, pick a cheap decent reviewed mouse and get it.

Drop windows. Get windows 10 alpha for free.

Get a i5 (4690k if you intend to overclock or 4460 if you don't)

drop the 2 storage and get a 256gb 850evo. You can get a sata drive later when you need space and I am guessing your current computer has a sata drive as well which you can use.
