Hi i've been having this problem when if i shutdown my pc my gpu isnt at its best when i turned it back on i play this game called smite its a moba so it doesnt have to use alot of graphics i should get 150fps everything on max(gpu is a evga gtx 960 ftw) which i do when i delete my harddrive and reinstall everything but when i shut down my pc i get 30-50 fps while gaming idk what to do how to fix this problem if it comes to it i can get a new mobo or rebuild everything

i have the right drives,already formatted and ... ok sir
