Adaptive mode not functioning, load voltage not going down!

Anyone that have the same problem like me, where the load voltage is always at max instead of real "adapting" to the cpu usage.

 

This is one of the solution which i tried and it works!

 

The power option in your control panel have to be set to balanced instead of high performance.

 

go Start --> Control Panel --> System and Security --> Power Option --> Balanced

Or you can change the advanced settings for high performance:

Minimum power state: 100% --> 5%

 yes i did. accidentally saw a small column at tom's hardware that actually solved my problems so i share it here.

didn't know that, will it helps? or at balanced mode is just the same?

rather than change all the power settings changing the minimum processor state will do the exact same thing. it is the setting that controls it.
