connected via graphic card (r9 290)

tv is SAMSUNG UA32H4000AW

tried using chrome remote browser, it worked.

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

if you're referring to the chrome remote thing, I just used that to confirm if there's something wrong with my PC.
