Pump not working after reassembly?

Hello all and thank you in advance for the help.

 

So to make a long story short I just modified my custom watercooling loop in my pc and added a few things blah blah....So I get done and everything is plugged back in and I start to bleed my system and I notice that my pump is NOT turning on. I have triple checked the molex connection and its plugged in as well as the 1 pin fan connector. The model pump I have is a koolance 450 and has variable speed adjustment but I checked its still set to 4 out of 5. I'm not sure what the two connectors from the pump are for besides molex being power I believe. If anyone has any steps I can take to troubleshoot this id really appreciate it. I'll post a picture of the pump.

Whelp forgot to include a drain valve in my loop, there's always next time.
