Boot device issue

so i got some two new sshd's today and one ssd.  i decided to set the sshd's in raid0 as well as the two ssd's i have.  i couldn't get the bios to come up so i tried a bunch of stuff to get to the bios, one of which happened to be pressing the clr_cmos button on my mobo.  now when i try to boot up, everything turns on (i.e. fans watercooling loop etc.) however nothing comes up on my monitor.  my monitor just tells me no signal detected and goes to sleep.  also on my mobo the boot device led stays on solid red, it doesn't flash which it says it's supposed to if something is wrong with my boot device so idk what that means. i'm also getting gcode error a2 and 99 on my mobo.

 

mobo: maximus vii hero

vga: 2x gtx 970 in sli

cpu: intel i7 4770k

psu: evga supernova 1200p2

mem: 4x 4gb gskill trident @2400mhz

not sure what other specs to add so just ask what you need to know and i will respond asap (also i'm very newb at this computer building stuff)

Is there a SLI modifier/switch on your motherboard that needs to be turned on?  I know some motherboards have that.  Also is the monitor connected to the proper GPU?

i tried connecting several monitors using several cables to both GPU'S and also the mobo hdmi output.  also there is no sli switch on my mobo.
