MONITORING SSD APP

Hi there all, 

I'm looking for an app that monitors the current state of your ssd. I think the one I'm looking for was used by Linus in one of his "pc build" videos. It shows you how the data is scattered over the modules and seems to be pretty handy for my purposes, so I'd really appreciate if anyone could tell me what's its name. Thanks in advance.

I use WinDirStat (though with HDD), but I think it's a wonderful utility.

Thanks for sharing the videos. I didn't know about the other 2 mentioned in it. I'm going to check them out though. Definitely like that Space Sniffer doesn't require an install as I'm a huge fan of portable apps.
