GTX 770 Crashing - ANY GAME

bleedinsixcolours

I recently purchased an MSI Lightning Edition GeForce GTX 770 2GB, and within the first day of upgrading from the Radeon 6870, Catalyst drivers still installed, everything was going O-K and framerates were great in games. After rebooting all of a sudden any and everyday will crash after running for around 5minutes. I even used MSI Afterburner to view the power draw and temperatures whilst play GTA IV at max settings, and the power never went above 50%, and temps never above 50degrees.
Im using the latest drivers recommended by the GeForce Experience, 320.49

Just wondering if anybody else has experienced these issues, and any resolutions.

Thanksss---
