Welcome to the Forum.

For the first point, yes you should be fine. As long as you plug your screens into your dedicated GPU.

Second point, you can kinda follow this guide:

However, you should note that if you're using an OEM key you'll need to get it reactivated because you're changing motherboard.

Sig under construction.

If you plug in your HDMI/Displayport/Whatever cable in the motherboard, you will use integrated graphics. If you put it into the GPU, it will use the stand alone GPU. Other one won't interfere!

Welp, I wanna know! :P

Basic guide to CPU's!

If I said I were 14, you would call me a kid. If I say 70, you’ll entitle me too old. If I say 20 you say I’m inexperienced and if I say 40 than I'm too boring.

The first question, is yes you can use all those together and have no problem, must builds people do use intel cpus and they have integrated graphics and buy a Graphics card and have no problem, so just make sure your displays are connected to the Graphics card.

The second question, is you can make a bootable usb disk that has windows without a disc, and install if you want. Just make sure you still have the key for windows.

It will work.

Most likely the mobo itself doesn't have integrated graphics, but it can support it if your cpu has it.

When you install a gpu, it should shut off the integrated graphics, so you'd just use the graphics card after that. (Be sure to plug your monitors into the graphics card)
