If that's the standard shape, the slot closest to the fan in push may be blocked.

Mine was blocked on a my 1155 motherboard.

What motherboard do you have?

As shown here: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=37873743&postcount=9348

It seems to have some space in between but the person chose the low profile version. So if you don't fill up the four slots completely I think you should be fine.

No they are the same dimesions. If you are just using 2 dimms you will be fine at most it will block the first dimm slot.

Go with the low profile vengeance RAM. It is the same RAM with a shorter heat spreader.

It depends on your motherboard. The distance between the CPU socket and RAM slots.

You mean doing a pull config blowing to the rear of the case? That would work since its not the cooler that blocks it its the fan.

Nope the NH D14 does not support Vengeance ram: http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=compatibility_ram_gen&products_id=34&lng=en#DDR3_Corsair

It would be pretty tight if it did fit or it might not even fit and I am not sure about your board because I don't see a image with a NH D14 with your board. This user only had the first slot blocked but not sure what his motherboard is: http://www.overclock.net/t/807307/heatsink-clearance-cpu-and-ram-will-my-cooler-fit/10#post_13884380
