So today I thought it would be a good time to clean my computer. I turned it off, disconnected everything, cleaned it, and plugged everything back in and powered on. When i booted up windows, my mouse would not work. There is no input, and no power going to it because the LEDs are not on. So i booted up the BIOS and it worked completely fine. So I went in my settings and made sure all of the USB ports were enabled, then i forced USB input all the way through a post, enabled legacy hardware support ect, everything that can be associated with USB input, I enabled... No result with anything I have tried. I then tried switching ports. The only luck I had is in some of the ports, I do get power, but no input.

Could this be a virus in the operating system, or a problem with my motherboard? Would love some help on this one...

Play time is Ogre.

Maybe it's a driver issue... I will try putting some of the manufacturer disks in and try to reinstall drivers. If that doesn't work, ill try restoring windows to an earlier point. If that doesn't work, I'll format the drive and reinstall Windows...

Would of loved some help on this one guys...

Try a PS/2 mouse if you can.
Drivers would not affect a PS/2 mouse.

Also, we can't all sit here 24/7 to help with others problems. If you don't get an answer right away, you don't need to be snarky about it.
