SSD 100% usage

Hi everyone, please I need help, my ssd bump to 100% usage everytime something use more than 3-5 mb/s. I run a HD tune test and I can't even finish it, it bump to 100% then speed goes to 10-2000 ko/s. anyone know what i need to do please .

 

I think the problem is related to temp files or something like that .

ram : G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB F3-1600C9D-8GAO

cpu: i7 4970k
