I'd go with CM.

If price is not an issue, go with the Antec. The CM V has better voltage regulation then the Antec Edge (Seasonic G), but the Antec has better ripple suppression. In real-world usage though you're not going to notice the difference because they are both excellent performers, however the Antec is fully-modular, and has a better fan (FDB)
