Is value cpu cooler capable to cool a high-end processor?

IzzuddinFX

Hi guys, I just bought a Xigmatek Apache II EP-CD903.... Can it cool my FX 8350 better than the AMD stock cooler.. AMD stock cooler is bad when the processor is hot, it make a loud noise....

That will work. Don't try overclocking with it.

looks sufficient enough to do what you want it to should be pretty quiet under load also as Wats said don't try overclocking also if you see you temps abit high for your liking you can always try to under-volt your cpu to shave off a few degrees hope this helps :)
