Why is my pc freezing randomly?

As the title entails why is it freezing. I'll be playing a game and listening to music and the hole pc freezes, sometimes ill just be watching YouTube and it does it. 
I have a fx 8350, gigabyte 990fxaud3, radeon hd 6450 (290 coming), xfx 750 watt gold, 8gb ram, noctua nh14.

Is your 8350 overclocked? I'm guessing so. Your overclock is probably unstable.

Check the Windows event logs.  If you don't know how to do that, this Tek Syndicate video should help.
