New build-some help needed

Ready to start building but do need some help deciding on some parts. I want the Intel I7 5930 chip, so building accordingly.

Motherboard- Asus rampage v extreme

Graphics card- Gigabyte GTX 980, going with 1 for now, can see myself getting second one later.

Need help with

CPU cooler- Noctua nh-d14 and nh-d15 seem to be popular choice of many, those things are big though. Will the socket match? Do I need low profile ram because of its size? How do I know ram is low profile ram on newegg? (Corsair says its low profile, rip jaws don't) Will I have to move graphics card down and will it affect the performance?

Ram- thinking 16 GB, 4x4 should suffice for now, manufacturers site seems to really like corsair and rip jaws, any input, suggestions welcome

Power supply - welcome any helpful suggestions

Storage - gonna go with combo here,

Umm budget? Also something, why such a high quality CPU but you aren't wanting to OC it?

Looking at budget of 2500, with 3K being a hard ceiling. Be using it for gaming, getting into video editing, doing some day trading. Don't want to have to build one in the next year or two. Might be a grain of vanity too.
