OnePlus One. A bit dated, but still good phone for the money.

Look on Craigslist. I managed to find a G3 for 300 bucks and it included this:

The phone and accessories except earbuds.

Screen Protector

Extra 4000mAh battery

Glass screen protector

2 cases, one military grade, the other Incipio

2 chargers, one car one home

And just today, i found an iPhone 6 64GB for only 160 bucks. You might strike lucky on Craigslist.

Heyyo,

OnePlus One is my vote... but since you want smaller than 5.5"?

HTC One M8:

146.4 x 70.6 x 9.4 mm (5.76 x 2.78 x 0.37 in)

OnePlus One

152.9 x 75.9 x 8.9 mm (6.02 x 2.99 x 0.35 in)

The size difference between the HTC One M8 and the OnePlus One isn't that big dude... the HTC One M8 is a big phone due to the big front facing speakers.

For a smaller phone? You should check into the Xaiomi Mi4. They're about $330 USD and have a really good form factor.

139.2 x 68.5 x 8.9 mm (5.48 x 2.70 x 0.35 in)

Or if you want to buy a local phone? Galaxy S5 is also a good size.

142 x 72.5 x 8.1 mm (5.59 x 2.85 x 0.32 in)

I think 5,5" might be a little too big for me. Thus, M8 is my favourite atm.

Zenfone 2 is not in the US yet.

Zenfone 2 is out already in the US amigo. ;)

They released in North America on May 20th. :)

If you are buying new and stock price you should expect to find something like a Moto X, OnePlus One, ZenFone 2 and similar.

But honestly, look for a sale and get a last year's flagship or something like that.

Maybe even go for used.

I literally just ordered a new smartphone for myself in about the same price range.

Here's the link to my topic, maybe you can find some help over there ;)
