Keep stopping the lens down, by the time you get to F22 everything should be in focus. A wide angle lens will help too.

Or pull focus manually, a follow focus might help, but for continuous shooting fast moving subjects it will require a fair bit of skill, but allows you to constantly change what is in focus as opposed to keeping everything in focus all the time.

Hey guys!

 

I have a Nikon 5200 (not hte best for videos, i know) and a 18-70mm F2,4 lens, what settigns i have to dial (in good ligh conditiuons) to keep good focus while using it on a rig, just a bit ike on superfun channel; when they run arround with the camera and keep focus.

They use manual focus. Pretty much for every DSLR you use manual focus for best effect.
