I have this kit now in my work machine http://www.ncix.com/detail/kingston-hyperx-blu-black-series-44-78420.htmand would I be able to add this kit http://www.ncix.com/detail/kingston-hyperx-fury-memory-black-5e-95955-1323.htm and it would work fine since I can not buy the another kit of the ram I have now.

yes they will work together :)

but just keep in mind that all of the ram will run at the speed of the lower clocked dimms :)

so if you have a 1600mhz kit and an 1866mhz kit, all of your ram will be running at 1600mhz, which isnt anything bad, 1600mhz is perfectly fine :D

No they are running at different speeds I would not recommend doing that at all. one is 1600 and the other is 1866 and what do you need more than 16gbs for?

You can just match the clock speeds, they will work fine

Actually you can overclock them to both run at 1866

youre right, but by default they would all run at 1600mhz, or at least im pretty sure they would
