i want to know what is the fastest gpu that can run with intel i5 3470 and 620w psu

Unless you're playing games that really need a better cpu, and there aren't many you could get a titan x :P

980 btw IF the psu is a good qual one

620watts is more than enough to run ANY single GPU. Even not a great quality one. My 670SLI setup barely pulls 400 watts from the wall at full load.

 

As far as the original question, the best GPU you can get to complement your CPU is literally whatever the best GPU you can afford. Depending on your needs, 960 or 970 would be what I would recommend. 980 or Titan X if you really feel like a baller.

When in doubt, re-format.

triple titan x will be enough I think

You should be able to run anything up to and including a GTX 980 well with that CPU.
