So soon I will get my new PC, now I have SSD in my laptop, and I have question, can I just put this SSD to my new pc without any windows reinstall ?

if you're replacing the HD then you will need to install windows on to the SSD.

As far as I know that windows key that comes with your laptop is bound to that motherboard so you wont be able to reactivate it on your new PC. But I may be wrong.

MB isn't getting changed so it should be fine.
