Temp aux cable solution for car?

Hi all, My 2000 Chrysler 300M has both a CD player and cassette player, but no aux cable (from what I've seen), I've seen a sort of "Fake cassette" type thing with an aux cable connected to it that you should just have to stick into the cassette player and plug in your phone to have it work.

 

Anyone know if those actually work? do you own one or have you used one before? would you recommend it as a temporary solution? (I plan to replace the head unit with a newer one that supports bluetooth, aux in, etc.. once I get the money later this summer)

I have a cassette think, It works amazing, way better than one of those AM/FM tuners/AUX cord systems.

+1 for the fake cassette thing over the FM tuner

the cassette you plug in and know it will work whereas the tuner can have interference, pick up other tuners and a myriad of other tiny problems that make it a bit of a hassle
