its normal to see the cpu speed isn't stable? like 3.05 then 3.13 for a while then 3.16 for a while then 3.23 then 3.10 .. and so on?

 

i5 4440 btw.

yea sometimes it will change depending on the "load" Or how intense a program is and adjusts accordingly
