7950 not displaying temps?

Which card? There are many makes and models of the 7950

I doubt it but would this possibly happen because of swapping from a gtx 560 to a 7950 reference?

Reinstalled CCC, sometimes it has issue but a reinstall can do wonders.

No luck :< any other suggestions or am I thoroughly screwed? haha

Do you still have the old Nvidia drivers floating about? from the GTX 560?

No I uninstalled them but sadly the problem still persists would formatting windows possibly resolve this issue or from what has been said does it seem hardware based

Are the 7XXX series cards able to display the temps on reference cards?
