First off my specs are:

Intel i5-4690k 3.50 GHz

Windows 7 64bit

16GB of ram

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970

So there was some kind of update for GeForce Experience yesterday, 5/19/15, the dialogue box popped up and I clicked it to start the update.  Not long after the update started the progress bar went away and the computer froze.  I turned to computer off by pressing the holding the power button on the case, waited a bit, then turned it back on.  When I logged back on suddenly certain screens would get glitchy and pixely (screenshots attached), and will freeze my computer if it gets too bad.  I have done these things already with no luck: rolled back the driver version, deleted and reinstalled the driver, booted the computer in safe mode, delete GeForce Experience.  It is difficult to use internet on the computer because sometimes it will freeze.  It seems only programs that use internet are causing this too, because I can go into all the computer settings and it works fine.  I don't know if this can even be fixed without replacing something, I just don't really know what is broken in order to replace it.  Any kind of feedback would appreciated, hopefully the damage isn't too bad.

Seems like your GPU is dying, it's a 970 so it shouldn't be very old..very strange. Maybe RMA?
