Overclocking my GPU

I want to overclock my amd sapphire r9 270x dual x 4GB card http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/product_index.aspx?pid=2043&lid=1but im not sure that my 500w PSU  http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b10500kr  will be nuff' to power it with the OC. I think tempuratures will not be a problem because it haz 2 fanz 2 fanz is better than onez. It ran watchdogs on max settings at 45fps straight. I need 60!!! So will this psu be enough? ): i cant buy another one.

there are wattage calculators for PCs online, but 500 is definitely enough. You probably won't go from 45 up to 60 fps (33% is insane!), but you'll get anywhere from 5 to 10 fps increase probably.

uhhhh... you said from 5 to 10 thats close enough to 60. Know any good and detailed tutorials how to OC GPU?

50-55. Not enough to use vsync for 60 fps, but as long as you're ok with it. As for guides, just Google it. There's tons of guides, and they're all pretty much on the spot.
