Not really a specific keyboard that's best (that I know of)

I would say to get a mechanical keyboard, but your budget says otherwise

Just find a good keyboard, from a good brand, that you like.

I love my devastator :D but if you have a program where you need to use scroll lock often it can be really annoying since that's the key that toggles the LEDs
