Is there any reason to want to upgrade? I see no reason to do so with your current configuration.

Overclocking will only add around 50 Watts, max. It totally depends on how much voltage you throw at the CPU/GPU.

Only reason to upgrade would be going from a gold to platinum psu or a un modular to modular. If you get an overkill psu you won't be getting the efficiency of its rating.

You'll be fine with your current PSU.

Well if you overclock and find out that your PSU can't handle it then you should upgrade it. But i think that the current PSU you have will be good enough.
