Any way to get setup files from an existing, preinstalled version on my laptop?

Hi. Is there any way to install Windows 8 on a new computer by getting setup files from a currently installed (preinstalled when I bought the laptop) version on my laptop?

I really want to save money on my PC by getting Windows for as little money as possible.

Thanks :)

While its possible to pull the install files off the PC to make a backup in windows 8; generally it will only re install onto the same base system (usually tied to motherboard).

System CPU : Ryzen 9 5950 doing whatever PBO lets it. Motherboard : Asus B550 Wifi II RAM 80GB 3600 CL 18 2x 32GB 2x 8GB GPUs Vega 56 & Tesla M40 Corsair 4000D Storage: many and varied small (512GB-1TB) SSD + 5TB WD Green PSU 1000W EVGA GOLD

You can trust me, I'm from the Internet.

Oh.. Well that's unfortunate. Any other way you know to get Windows cheap?

Its listed for $45USD for 8.1 or $39USD for 8 (which should get a free upgrade to 8.1) on http://www.kinguin.net/I have bought games from them in the past without issue; But results will vary by seller.
