Hello! I have a Corsair H110 with Noctua Nf-A14's at full speed. I am folding right now (90% cpu usage) and my temps are low 80's is that normal? it doesn't seem like it to me. (i7 4790k @4.19 ghz). Thanks!

With that much load on it yeah it's normal. Don't let it get above 90 though

With that much load on it yeah it's normal. Don't let it get above 90 though

huh, My stock cooler cooled it at 88c. well, at least it's real quiet!

Lol I don't think it's possible for my APU ( sadly it's an old a6-3650 ) without blowing up lol

Low 80s is not bad under full load. What is your ambient temp and idle?

Ambient temp- 30.5 c

 

idle temp- 34 c

Those temps are relatively low, not saying that your load temp is too high, but there's probably a couple of things that you can try to lower it down a tad bit. Have you tried flipping the fans? or maybe change your case airflow set up and see what orientation is optimal for you system. 

 

Also, those Noctua fans, are they static pressure fans?

My current setup is in the H-440. I have the three stock nzxt 120mm fans in the front bringing air into the case, all down-volted with three of the Noctua adapters. I then have in the back, a stock 140mm nzxt fan down-volted with a Noctua adapter pushing air out. I then have two Noctua static pressure fans blowing air out through the radiator into my room. (i have them set as push rather than pull because it's quieter).
