Heyyo,

XMP does not enable on its own. Every motherboard is different. My RAM clocked at 1333MHz default, Gigabyte Z68-UD7-B3. With XMP Profile 1 selected? It went to the proper 2133MHz with voltage and timing setup properly too.

Heyyo,

My Android Phone: Exodus Android on my OnePlus One 64bit in Sandstone Black in a Ringke Fusion clear & slim protective case

If your ram is Kingstons Fury series, it uses automatic XMP. With other kits you would need to enable it. However, 1600MHz is default for Haswell and Devils Canyons. You can OC you ram, but performance increase is un-noticable.
