Hello,

I'm looking at buying a new laptop, with a secondary use of gaming, and I've run into a bit of trouble. I have gotten myself down to a single computer, the ASUS ROG GL551, but then when I look at the spec's of it, there is a TN and IPS version of it. I  know that TM is better for gaming due to ISP producing an image some 8-however many milliseconds behind. I'm not a huge FPS gamer, but I would like a competitive edge, should I ever decide to focus it. Currently playing MOBA games like LoL

Any recommendations on which one I should get?

Is there a site that has the display lag of these laptops?

Current IPS models are close enough in ms (5-10) that they are just hands down better. In a online game your ping is likely going to be significantly higher than the screen delay so don't worry about it.
